Sale of land for unpaid rates

Notice is hereby given to the owner(s) of the properties listed in the documents below that Broken Hill City Council decided on July 27, 2022, pursuant to Section 713 of the Building Act 1993 local government, to sell the land described and on which the amount of the rates indicated in each case on August 31, 2022 is due.

In default of payment or proper arrangement of payment to Council of the amount stated, and any other rate (including additional charges) becoming due and payable after August 31, 2022, before the time fixed for the sale, said land will be offered at public auction to be held over two days at 10am on 15 and 16 February 2023 at the Civic Center, 31 Chloride St, Broken Hill NSW 2880 by Ray White Broken Hill, 399 Crystal Street, Broken Hill.
